CCBank and Synctera Partner to Deliver New Business and Consumer Credit Card Products

The Federal Reserve’s 2025 Diary of Consumer Payment Choice tracks how consumers actually pay for things day to day, and credit cards are now the most common payment method. Yet as of 2024, only about 15% of regional and community banks offer credit cards to their customers, not because of a lack of demand, but due to the operational complexity required to launch and manage a program. This gap has made it difficult for many community banks to deliver credit solutions that meet the evolving expectations of their customers.
CCBank is breaking this mold by partnering with Synctera to develop and deliver new business and consumer credit card products. Synctera’s credit card infrastructure enables CCBank to offer a flexible, modern credit product while maintaining full control over the customer experience.
For years, community banks have faced a difficult tradeoff when it comes to credit cards. CCBank is taking a different path.
